Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Sunomv and its music, voice, image, and video generation tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sunomv for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Features, generation limits, and available models may vary by plan and may change over time. Paid plans renew until canceled. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it, and may expire as described at purchase. Generation attempts may fail or vary because AI systems are probabilistic.

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, audio, images, and other material you submit. You grant Sunomv a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, modify, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for anything you submit.

Subject to your plan and applicable law, you may use output generated for you. AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results. Sunomv does not guarantee that output is copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for a specific commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or distributing it.

Use Sunomv lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to violate rights, impersonate people without authorization, mislead others about synthetic media, exploit minors, create illegal or abusive material, distribute malware, evade safeguards, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.

Sunomv relies on third-party platforms for payments, authentication, hosting, storage, and AI processing. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or external links, and their availability may affect Sunomv.

You may stop using Sunomv at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, fail to pay, or where required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Sunomv is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted access or particular generation results. Sunomv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it. Questions may be sent through the support channel shown in your Sunomv account.
